What shipped, and when.
Studio and Agency workspaces can now have more than one person. Invite colleagues by email, give them owner, admin or member access, and limit members to the projects they are working on. Clients still review by link without an account or a seat.
Setups and shots move by dragging now, on Plan and on The day, and a scene drags along the board by its label. The Move up and Move down buttons stay exactly where they were, because a drag is not always what a thumb wants.
A change now appears the moment it saves, wherever it is shown, with no reload. The export setup screen stopped redrawing the whole document every time you touch a setting, so it answers straight away.
Type straight onto a card or a section name instead of opening anything. A section is now a piece like any other: drag it, resize it, and it survives when you tidy the canvas. Sending a card to a board reaches every board in the project, with search across them and a new scene if the one you want is not there yet.
Circle the good take and the shot is marked in the can, so the day counts itself as the crew works. Un-circling never takes a shot back out.
A lapsed workspace still opens, and every board still comes out as a PDF. What changes: share links you have already sent stop working and comments pause, rather than carrying on as before. Nothing is deleted, ever, and the moment you subscribe again, everything, including your links, comes back exactly as it was.
Notes live in a rail beside the board instead of a dropdown. It stays open while you work, groups threads under their scenes in board order, and every frame wears its own badge: an amber count while notes are open, a green tick once they are dealt with.
Zones on an open canvas rather than a grid, palettes pulled from any still, and notes that carry the name of whoever left them. Send any card to the board as a frame.
Four parts in the order a day actually happens: Plan, The day, Shot, Wrap. Setups in shooting order, statuses tapped with a thumb, the good take circled with a half-second hold, pickups logged with their reasons, and continuity photographs on the shots they belong to.
A lapsed workspace stays readable, and every board still comes out as a PDF. You keep what you made. Editing and uploading wait until the subscription is reactivated, and nothing is deleted.
The whole app now works on small screens, panels become sheets, the shot list becomes cards.
Flip a toggle and the board marks its own changes, amber for changed, green for added, ghosts for cut. Clients can see "what moved" too, if you let them.
Collect stills, references and palettes before you board. Pull a colour palette straight from any image, and send any card to the board as a frame.
Clients can now leave notes on exact frames from their review link, and approve the board with one button. The approval records who approved it, when, and a fingerprint of exactly what they were looking at, so a later change shows as a change.
PDF exports gained portrait pages, 4/6/9-up layouts, and a shot-list page. Client review comments never reach the pack; the note you write for the crew does, if you switch it on.
