Owners and admins invite people by email. They join the workspace under their own name, so their boards, comments and other work stay attributed to them. Invitations expire after seven days.

Most people can simply be members. They can make and edit the work. Admins manage the workspace and its people. Owners also handle billing and ownership.

A workspace can have more than one owner.
A member can be limited to named projects when you invite them or later. They see those jobs, the images used on them or uploaded by them, and the people working on them. The rest of the workspace is not shown to them.

Send the board as a review link and your client can comment and approve without making an account. Crew links work the same way. Seats are for people working inside your Storybrdr workspace.

An owner or admin can remove somebody straight away. Their access ends, but the boards and comments they made stay in the workspace under their name. The seat is then free to use again.

Prices include UK VAT, so what you see is what you pay. Buying from outside the UK, checkout shows your own currency and any local tax that applies there instead of UK VAT.
