No. Clients open a review link, leave notes and approve without an account. They do not count towards your seats.
Thirty days, full product. You add a card to start and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel in one click before then, from Settings and then Billing, and you pay nothing. Do nothing and your subscription starts on day 31. Your boards are yours either way.
Nothing is deleted, ever. Your workspace goes read-only: every board still opens and you can always take a PDF. Share links stop working and comments pause until you subscribe again, and then everything, including your links, comes back exactly as it was. The cancellation page explains what happens when you cancel.
Yes. Moving up takes effect straight away and Storybrdr shows the pro-rated charge before you confirm it. Moving down takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If the lower plan has fewer seats than you are using, Storybrdr will show you who needs to be removed first. To move between monthly and yearly billing, email support@storybrdr.com and we will do it for you.
Members are full editors. They can work on projects, boards, moodboards, scripts, shot lists and On Set, create share links and export the work.
Yes. A member can be restricted to named projects when you invite them or later. They see those projects, the relevant images and the people working on them.
Their access ends straight away. Their work and comments stay under their name, and the seat becomes available to use again.
Admins manage people and the workspace. Owners can do the same, and also manage billing and ownership.

The first 50 workspaces get 40% off for as long as they stay subscribed, on Solo, Studio or Agency, and the discount stays with the workspace if it changes plan. While the soft launch runs it is by invitation: founding members get a link and a code directly from us, and it is typed in at checkout while places remain.
