Yes. Boards are private until you create a share link, links can be revoked at any time, and your script is read once to find the scenes, then lives in your project's script view and nowhere else.

You need a connection to edit. On a shoot, the statuses, takes, notes and pickups you tap in On Set are kept on the device and sent when signal returns. Two limits: a continuity photograph is retried while the page is open and does not survive the tab closing, and the day is not downloaded in advance, so open it once before you leave the unit base. Exported PDFs work anywhere.
Most people bring their images across and rebuild boards in an afternoon, the frame picker makes it quick. A guided import is on the roadmap. See "Moving over from another tool" in Getting started.
