Taking your work with you
Your work is yours, and leaving should be easy. Here is exactly what that means today, including the part we have not finished.
What you can always take, subscribed or not
- Every board as a PDF, at any density or orientation, including after your subscription has lapsed.
The PDF is on the permitted side of read-only, deliberately: a lapsed subscription must never be the reason you cannot take your work with you.
What needs a live subscription
- Every shot list as CSV, for the spreadsheet people in your life.
- A slide deck of any board.
These stop when a subscription does, like everything else that is paid for. Nothing is deleted, and they come back the moment you subscribe again.
What we have not built yet
There is no one-click download of your whole library of original images, and no full account export. If you want everything out, email us and a person will do it for you. It is on the list, and this page will say so plainly when it ships rather than before.
Deletion
We do not delete a lapsed workspace. If you want your account and everything in it erased, go to Settings, then Account, and choose Delete account: we confirm by an emailed link, and opening that link is what deletes. Prefer a person to do it? Email us and we will.
