Taking your work with you

Your work is yours, and leaving should be easy. Here is exactly what that means today, including the part we have not finished.

What you can always take

• Every board as a PDF, at any density or orientation, including after your subscription has lapsed.
• Every shot list as CSV, for the spreadsheet people in your life.
• A slide deck of any board.

Exporting is on the permitted side of read-only, deliberately. A lapsed subscription must never be the reason you cannot get your own work out.

What we have not built yet

There is no one-click download of your whole library of original images, and no full account export. If you want everything out, email us and a person will do it for you. It is on the list, and this page will say so plainly when it ships rather than before.

Deletion

We do not delete a lapsed workspace. If you want your account and its contents erased, email us and we will do it by hand until self-service deletion exists.
