Switching or cancelling
Billing runs through Stripe. Settings → Billing → Manage billing opens their portal, where you change your card, switch plan, download invoices and cancel.
Cancelling
Cancel in the portal and it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full use until then, because you bought it.
What happens after
The workspace goes read-only. That means:
- Every project opens and can be read, exactly as you left it.
- You can always export a PDF of any board.
- Client links you have already sent stop working, and comments pause in both directions, until you subscribe again.
- What stops is making new work: editing a board, uploading images, creating projects, making new share links, and the other export formats (slides and CSV).
Nothing is deleted. There is no countdown and no grace period after which your work disappears. Subscribe again and everything, including your links, comes back exactly as it was.
