Switching or cancelling

Billing runs through Stripe. Settings → Billing → Manage billing opens their portal, where you change your card, switch plan, download invoices and cancel.

Cancelling

Cancel in the portal and it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full use until then, because you bought it.

What happens after

The workspace goes read-only. That means:

• Every project opens, and can be read, shared and exported as before.
• Existing client links keep working.
• Comments keep working, in both directions.
• What stops is making new work: editing a board, uploading images, creating projects and creating new links.

Nothing is deleted. There is no countdown and no grace period after which your work disappears. Subscribe again whenever you like and everything is exactly where you left it.
