Building your shoot pack
From the board, press Export. You get three things, all built from the same board, so they cannot disagree with each other.
The PDF
A branded cover with your studio, the project, the version and the date, then the frames laid out per scene.
Choose the orientation and how tightly the frames pack:
- Large, four to a page.
- Medium, six to a page.
- Compact, nine on a landscape page, ten on a portrait one.
Vertical (9:16) projects lay out differently, because a filmstrip of tall frames wants a different page: four or six across on a landscape page.
The shot list
The same board as a table, and as CSV for the people who live in spreadsheets. It is derived from the board rather than typed twice, so it cannot drift out of date.
The deck
Present mode: full screen, one frame at a time, hard cuts, and space to play it through at the durations you set.
Print one pack per department head. Paper does not run out of battery at hour eleven.
