What clients can and cannot see
A review link shows exactly one thing: the board you shared, with your studio's name at the top.
They see
- Every frame, with shot size, angle, movement, lens, duration and the description.
- The client note on a frame, if you wrote one.
- Their own notes and any replies, when commenting is on.
- What changed since they last looked, only if you switched that on for the link.
They never see
- Your director's notes, production notes or private notes. These are not hidden by a setting: the page a client receives has no field for them at all, so they cannot leak by accident.
- Your library, your moodboard (that is its own link) or any other project.
- Your production status, priority, location, cast or equipment notes.
- Anything about your account, your plan or what you pay.
We take a one-line credit in the footer. The page is otherwise yours.
