Sharing a board with your client
Clients never need an account. You send one link, they get a review page with your studio's name on it, they leave notes on exact frames, and they approve or ask for changes.
Create the link
Open the board and press Share. You choose, per link:
- Comments on or off. On by default: a review link nobody can reply to is a dead end.
- Approval on or off, the Approve and Request changes buttons.
- PDF download on or off.
- Show what changed since they last looked, off by default, so a link shows one version unless you decide otherwise.
- A password, and an expiry in days, both optional.
The link looks like yoursite.com/b/ followed by a long random code. It is
shown once, when you make it, so copy it then. A lost link is revoked and
replaced rather than recovered.
The moodboard is separate
Your moodboard has its own link, and it never travels with the storyboard. Sending someone the look is not sending them the shots.
Revoking
Press Turn off on any link in the Share dialog. The page stops immediately, and so do the images on it, even in a browser that already had it open.
