Inviting people to your workspace

Owners and admins can invite people from Settings, then Members. Enter their email address, choose their role and, if they are a member, decide whether they can see the whole workspace or only named projects.

A pending invitation uses a seat. It expires after seven days if it is not accepted. You can send it once more from the same screen, or revoke it, which frees the seat straight away.

If the email address already belongs to a Storybrdr account, the new workspace is added to that account and they switch between workspaces from the account menu. If it does not, the invitation takes them through creating their login.

Clients and crew who open a review link, a crew link or the editor's bible are not invited this way. They need no account and use no seat.
