Removing somebody from a workspace

Removing somebody ends their access straight away. Their existing boards, comments and other work stay in the workspace under their name. The seat becomes available to use again.

Owners and admins remove people from Settings, then Members. An admin cannot remove an owner, and the last owner cannot be removed at all: make somebody else an owner first.

Removing somebody during a billing period does not create a refund. The seat count on your plan does not change, so the next person you invite takes the seat that was freed.

The membership history on the same screen records who invited, removed or changed somebody, and when. It is kept for two years.
