Roles: owner, admin and member

Every person in a workspace has one of three roles.

Member. Creates and edits projects, boards, moodboards, scripts, shot lists and shoot days. Shares work by link and exports it. Most people can simply be members.

Admin. Everything a member can do, plus invite and remove people, change roles, limit a member to named projects and manage the workspace itself.

Owner. Everything an admin can do, plus billing and ownership changes: choosing the plan, the card and who else is an owner.

A workspace can have more than one owner, and the last owner cannot leave or be removed until somebody else is made an owner first.

Roles are set when somebody is invited and can be changed later from Settings, then Members, by an owner or an admin. Admins cannot be limited to named projects: they manage people and seats, so they see the whole workspace.
